BRIDGE will offer targeted capacity building to Albanian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) through structured international cooperation and the active engagement of diaspora academics.
The initiative will enhance institutional and individual skills in three core areas: project writing, by providing mentorship on designing competitive proposals aligned with EU and international funding priorities; project management, by strengthening administrative and operational capacities to effectively implement and monitor funded initiatives; and grant acquisition, by equipping HEIs with the know-how to identify, apply for, and secure external funding.
These activities will be delivered through sustained collaboration between diaspora fellows and local academic staff, fostering knowledge transfer and long-term institutional development.
